Welcome to The Sparkle Gems auction platform! Bidding on gemstones and silver jewelry is easy and exciting. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you participate in our live auctions.
Before you can start bidding, you need to create an account with The Sparkle Gems. Simply click on “Register” and provide basic information like your name, email address, and shipping details. Once registered, you’ll have access to our entire auction catalogue and can start placing bids.
1. Register an Account
Explore our collection of high-quality gemstones and silver jewelry. Each product page will include:
- Detailed Descriptions: Information on the gemstone (carat weight, cut, clarity, and color) or silver jewelry design.
- Starting Bid: The minimum price for bidding to begin.
- Auction End Time: Each listing shows how much time is left until the auction closes.
- Images and Videos: High-resolution images and videos of the items from multiple angles.
Find the perfect piece and click on the product to begin the bidding process!
2. Browse Our Listings
To place your bid:
- Enter your bid amount: You can place a bid at any time during the auction. The system will show you the current highest bid.
- Real-Time Bidding: As soon as you place your bid, it will be visible to all other users, and the auction timer will update in real time.
- Minimum Increments: The system will automatically suggest minimum increments for each bid, so you know how much you need to bid next.
You can place as many bids as you want until the auction ends or you decide to use the “Buy Now” option (explained below).
3. Place Your Bid
If you’re satisfied with your highest bid and don’t want to wait until the auction ends, you have the option to Buy Now.
- How it works: Click on “Buy Now” to immediately purchase the item at your highest bid. This option closes the auction and reserves the item just for you.
- Secure Your Item: Once you click Buy Now, the product is no longer available for bidding, and you’ll be redirected to checkout.
4. Buy Now Option (Instant Checkout)
If you have the highest bid when the auction ends, you’ll be notified via email that you’ve won the item. You’ll then be given instructions to complete your payment and finalize the shipping details.
5. Winning the Auction
Once your payment is processed, we will reserve the product and arrange delivery to your address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment until it arrives.
