1. Registration

All bidders must register before participating in the auction. Registration requires valid identification and may require a refundable deposit for certain high-value items.

2. Bidding Process

Bids are legally binding. By placing a bid, you enter into a contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.

3. Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each lot. This premium is subject to applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon the close of the auction. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and certified checks. All payments must be in USD.

5. Collection & Shipping

Items must be collected within 7 business days after payment clearance. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
