4. Bidding

When you place a bid, you are committing to pay that amount if you are the highest bidder when the auction ends. All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn once placed.

You must bid in minimum increments specified by the auction system.

If you choose to Buy Now, the auction will close immediately at your highest bid, and you will be directed to the payment page.

5. Payment

Payment for winning bids must be completed promptly. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment systems. Payment details must be accurate and up to date.

All payments must be completed within 24 hours of winning an auction. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in the cancellation of your order.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Once payment is received, the item will be reserved for you, and we will arrange for delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We ship worldwide, and shipping times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

7. Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the unique nature of each gemstone and silver jewelry piece, we generally do not accept returns. Please review each product's details thoroughly before bidding.
