Why We Do Not Accept Returns

As we deal in one-of-a-kind, high-quality gemstones and custom silver jewelry, returns are not possible under normal circumstances. This policy is in place to protect both buyers and the integrity of our auction platform from potential scams.

Each piece in our collection is unique, often crafted specifically for our discerning clientele, making standard return policies impractical for our business model.

• Management Decision: The final decision regarding returns or refunds will be at the discretion of The Sparkle Gems management, based on the outcome of our discussion and the specifics of the issue.
• Documentation Required: For any claims, we require photographic evidence and a detailed description of the concern.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We may consider issuing a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Please send us:

• A detailed description of the issue
• Your order details and purchase confirmation
• Any other relevant documentation

Once we have reviewed the situation, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution within 5-7 business days.
